Most incidents are covered by homeowner's, business owners or auto insurance policies. In California, the state can pay up to $1,000 for victims in the case of homicide. Victims may also receive other compensation to help pay for other services such as cost of burial, etc.

Unfortunately we cannot give prices on our website or over the phone. Several factors must be considered such as number of technicians needed, amount of bio hazardous waste, supplies, length of time to complete the work, etc. Each incident varies. Give us a call and we will gladly come to your location and perform a free estimate for our services. In the majority of cases, we can also get started immediately afterwards! For our standard services, we require no upfront fees. As stated earlier, most of our work is covered by insurance companies leaving only a deductible for our clients. We will make arrangements with you to pay your portion. For those clients who are uninsured, we do offer various repayment options (Contact us for details). At Critical Incident Response, our main goal is returning your location to its pre-incident state. We realize you have enough to deal with in this difficult time so we make this part of it as easy as possible for you. 

At Critical Incident Response, we are very willing to work with you on re-payment. Even if it takes you a year to re-pay us, we will work with you.

If you do not want to go through your insurance company and would rather pay us directly, we offer generous discounts on services paid 100% up front.
